How does it work?

The website provides a portal to advertise flats and houses to rent or let in and around the Bath area. Lets Bath does not own, manage or let out any properites and we cannot arrange for any flats or houses to be viewed. We have no direct liks to any agency and cannot provide any landlord or agent details beyond those already shown on the advertisements. The website simply provides a mechanism for landlords, agents or flatsharers to advertise their properties or spare rooms for free!

Why - and why is it FREE?

We developed the site because we thought it was a good idea! Over the years we've spent a great deal of time hunting for flats and houseshares - we know how hard it can be. It's free to use and advertise on because we want the site to be a success. Any revenue that the site makes come from sponsored links and advertising.

Will it always be free to advertise?

We don't currently have any plans to charge to advertise your properties. The site is largely self maintaining as users add and remove their own properties, so there are minimal overheads for us.
